- In case it is necessary, the interview is complemented by other evaluation methods, tests and reference checks.

- We personally organises the appointments with the Client and can take part in the interviews on request.

- Prior to the final selection, consultancy is provided to the Client, if requested, as well as help given regarding the conclusion of the employment contract and by the actual commencement of employment.

- We follow-up the integration of the selected candidates.


We are aware that our Clients wish to fill the vacancies by the suitable expert as soon as possible, so every effort is made to propose the shortest search time period possible. We are able to present suitable candidates from our up-to-date database with several thousand potential employees, on the second week following the placement of assignment. Naturally, if the search process includes advertising as well, this period may vary. The Client receives continuous updates about the actual stage of the search in form of weekly reports.

Guarantee:

Dependent on the position, a guarantee of between 3 and 6 months is ensured for our services. According to the guarantee, Gradus Consulting will provide a new candidate for the given position free of charge, in case the employment relationship between the Client and the employee is terminated within the previously defined time period.

The Executive Search process of Gradus Consulting Ltd. is as follows:

Based on the above the final requirement profile is assembled.

- Our research colleague draws up the list of potential companies and target persons. Contact is made with the suitable experts directly.

- A personal interview takes place with the potential candidates, during which their education, professional career, personal competencies, management and other skills are discussed. In case it is necessary, the interview is complemented by other evaluation methods, tests and reference checks.

- A professional CV of the most suitable candidates is forwarded to the Client together with our evaluation.

- Personal appointments are organised with the Client - We can take part in the interviews upon request.

- Prior to the final selection, consultancy is provided to the Client, if requested, as well as help given regarding the finalisation of the employment contract and the actual commencement of employment.
